ProDOG Pup's
Twice a year, ProDOG brings two litters of very special dogs into the world. The first is the Logan Shepherd. Logans Shepherds tend to be a bit hotter blood than a traditional German Shepherd which makes them excellent candidates for both Police, Military and Perosnal Protection work. These dogs are trained specifically, from the time they are born, to have incredibly high prey drive combined with the mental stability of a German or Czech Shepherd. Below is a picture of Sigmi anDruidh, a Logan Shepherd out of one of the first Logan breeding lines. In this picture she is sitting beside Kaj anDruidh who is a full blooded German Shepherd (black and tan.)
As you can see the Logans are a bit darker and are generally characterized by a dark torso with a beautiful tan.brindle leg socks and the traditional Czech tan over and under the eyes.
ProDOG offers a broad spectrum of professional training services for each individuals special needs. From Puppy Training, Basic Obedince, and Advanced Obedience to more advanced courses of study in Personal/Family Protection, Tracking, Scent Detection, and combined Service / Assist work.

Logan Shepherds ProDOG also produces the rare and coveted Logan Shepherd. Again, these dogs tend to do very well in an environment of daily work. Like the Czech dogs, they are deeply pigmented with the recognizable trait of brindling on the legs and sometimes body. They are a bit smaller than the traditional German Shepherd with a bit more agility and less issues with orthopedic strain in later life. These puppies are little spitfires. With a temprament much like a Malinois without all of the nervous energy which is normally associated with the Dutch dogs. [More]

Enviromental Advantages Some of the main advantages to breeding and training our own line of dogs is our ability to provide early stages of growth and drive development for specific types of work.
By way of example, from an early age our pup's are required to track out to their food dishes. This provides an early imprintation for the pup's need to develop high levels of scent proficiency in order to survive in his/her new environment. Pups imprint these survival needs early in their development. When we provide situations wchich require them to learn and develop these drives at a young age, that drive is established and developed far more intensely than trying to go back later in life, and reactivate these drives for a working environment.
Our dogs are high acheivers. They are raised to face and overcome challenges, perform tasks and skills with drive and enthusiasm to work and please their handler.

Puppy Annoucement Litter 2008 Delta - Logan This litter of Logan Sheperds was born 22 September, 2007. The litter produced 6 females, and 2 males. Sire is Lobo, a gorgeous sable GSD from The Czech Republic and registered with AKC. The Dam is Sigmi anDruidh a (Dutch Strong) Logan who has delivered four litters of high prey, high intelligence, pronounced courage pups that have been the core of our working dog program here at ProDOG. The Logans are priced at $1200. USD (without training) and $3500. USD with a training package (protection, patrol, detection, tracking). These pups are available from 12 weeks to 24 weeks at the puppy price. After 24 weeks we begin structured training and the pups will not be sold until they are 11 months and they will be sold as trained patrol, rescue, scent, or family protection Service K9's Pictures are forthcoming. Litter 2008 Beta - Czech GSD This litter of Czech German Shepherds was born September 25th, 2007. The litter produced females. Sire is Lobo, a gorgeous sable GSD from The Czech Republic and registered with AKC and the Czech Registry. The Dam is Maggie, a GSD from the Czech Republic and is also registered both in the Czech Republic and AKC. Both sire and dam are pronounced in courage and deeply pigmented. The GSD's are priced at $1500. USD and available from 12 weeks to 24 weeks at the puppy price.
